No more bad hair days.

daily care

Apply clear oil or smoothing cream daily and brush frequently.

Use a shower filter at home to minimize mineral deposits and extend the life of your color & hair.

Do not use products other than those recommended by your stylist.

Sleep with your hair in a side braid, switch to a silk pillowcase, and do not go to sleep with wet hair.

Things to avoid:

Non- mineral sunscreen (specifically those containing Avobenzone & Octocrylene) + self tanner & spray tans + tanning beds + purple shampoo.

All of these can lead to permanent discoloration and/or damage to the extensions.

Wear your pony below or above your rows - not in the middle of the head. Pulling your hair straight back will cause your rows to push out on the side and create excess tension.

Be sure to contact your stylist if you notice excessive tangling or any matting.

Extensions should be comfortable during their wear. Always reach out if you are experiencing any soreness of the scalp, itching that does not subside, or other discomfort.

wash + brush + style

Wash

Wash 1-3 times per week and deep condition once per week.

Start by brushing dry hair. Remove all tangles and knots before washing.

Use clips or a scrunchie in the shower to divide hair into 2-3 sections, separating your rows while you wash. When rinsing product, lift the extensions up to do so more thoroughly.

Add shampoo and a drop of water into the palm of your hand and emulsify before applying to the hair. Use the pads of your entire fingers (not the tips) to gently rub the area along your rows. Pay extra attention to the area where your rows meet the scalp (shampoo & rinse well).

Squeeze out excess water before applying conditioner, then apply from roots to ends.

Rinse conditioner, remove excess water and blot dry with a microfiber towel. *Do not twist hair up in a towel to dry.

Brush + Style

Apply leave-in conditioner & section hair.

When brushing, always press one hand against the top of the row and avoid brushing directly into the top of the wefts. This prevents unnecessary tension and damage to the wefts. It helps to lean your head to the side and brush out at an angle form the scalp.

We suggest working in sections. Start by clipping everything up except your natural hair beneath the rows. Brush this area, then drop your lowest row. Press against the top of your row with one hand and brush carefully.

Next, drop the natural hair in between the rows and brush. Then, drop your second row and brush carefully. Last, drop out the natural hair on top.

Hand Tied Wefts - the seam/top of the row must be dried completely. If they feel cold, they're still wet!

Micro Wefts - allow the seam to air dry, and avoid high heat. The seam can melt!

When blow drying, always direct air flow down - do not blow dry hair upward or with your head upside down.

Apply a heat protectant and start by power drying the hair with your fingers until it is 80% dry. It helps to section out each row again and power dry separately.

Do not use a round brush or comb while power drying. This will cause excess tension.

Once the hair is almost dry, reapply a heat protectant and gently brush through. Then, you can switch to a round brush to finish blow drying.
